The Shell Game
The Shell Game, an essential piece from the General Mischief canon, and was revived in honor of its 10th year in the company’s repertory in 2019. A living version of Three Card Monty, the dance begins as a playful trio and expands to an ensemble work over time, set to flirtatious swing music by Paul Tillotson and The Love Trio.
As a Mischief audience favorite, The Shell Game has had toured festivals, virtual school assemblies, and many family-friendly live performances. For over a decade this piece has been delighting audiences with it’s cheeky embedded game and jazzy movement. Fun, accessible, and interactive!
