Fall Season at The City College of New York

Don't miss these performances at gorgeous Aaron Davis Hall! This season includes three brand new works and a few favorites that have had a makeover.

We look forward to September when we kick off our wonderful Fall season. This is your chance to see new works including choreographer Karen Gayle's premiere of The Waiting Room and our collaboration with choreographer Emily Chamberlin and physical theatre artist Ethan Nienaber in Nobody Nose. Additionally, we'll premiere Walk Softly featuring music by the wonderful Donna Viscuso, and if you're craving Mischief classics, audience favorites are set to include An Eastern West, Suite Shel, and Recreation.

Transport: Take the 1 train to 137th Street or B/C trains to 135th Street.

*Running time is 80 minutes.  Admission is $15-$25 for adults, $10 for kids 10 and under.

Join Us for the 2018 HG Premieres Performance presented by the Higher Ground Festival.

Higher Ground Festival brings artists of Washington Heights and Inwood together to network and to create interdisciplinary collaborations which are presented free to the public. The 2018 HG Premieres Performance will take place at Inwood's own Anne Loftus Playground located at 200th Street and Dyckman/Broadway. The performance will include dancing, physical theater, live music, spoken word, fashion, dance theatre and more! The HG Premieres Performance is curated to be Family Friendly. It's the perfect Saturday night in the park with friends, family and fellow culture enthusiasts!

The performance is FREE, family friendly, and open to the public!

Mischief's Debut at CURUMIM

Join us to see the debut of Mischief's newest work, choreographed by the incredible Karen Gayle!   This full-company dance is the newest in our ongoing series of collaborations created in our 2016 and 2017 seasons.  The program includes works by multiple companies, including the evening's hosts, Silva Dance Company.

The Mischiefs will be dancing for Weird Al again!   Come join us for the final performance of his fantastic multi-media show which includes classics like "Amish Paradise" and "Smells Like Nirvana" as well as newer hits like "White and Nerdy" and "Word Crimes".  There will be Storm Troopers....
